Hansen entered into an agreement to create a global partnership in the field of biosolutions through the merger of the two companies. The proposed combination of the legacy companies Novozymes and Chr. Hansen has been successfully completed, resulting in the establishment of <strong>Novonesis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Novonesis is a leading global partner in biosolutions, dedicated to better business, healthier lives, and a healthier planet.<\/strong><br>The new company consists of around 10,000 talented employees worldwide, whose expertise spans more than 30 different industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harnessing the power of microbiology and science, Novonesis transforms the way the world produces, consumes, and lives. Half of the company\u2019s portfolio focuses on ensuring healthier lives and better food production.
